Life Transformation Foundation (LTF) is an NGO registered and operating in Kenya implementing programmers’ peace, Health, food security, Human Rights protection, and promotion access to education, good governance and advocacy representing the voice and pro-active action of communities in Busia as potential engines of the socio-economic growth and national democracy in respective jurisdictions. LTF was formed in June 2016 as an NGO, out of the need to replicate community development. The NGO is a membership organization with members across the region and focuses on tackling the community challenges people face on day-to-day basis, in a structurally unified voice.

Our expertise lies in putting plans into action, which we have refined with over 7 years of hands-on experience at the ground level. We do not just understand the challenges communities face but excel at identifying and implementing practical solutions that can genuinely transform lives.
Aims and Objectives
- To impact vocational or self-skills training through manufacturing of chain-link, barbed wires, leather products, and homemade products
- To promote agribusiness and antiliteracy among its members
- To promote and undertake programs aimed at youth mentorship, capacity building, sports and talent recruitment
- To promote rehabilitation and reintegration
- To sensitize members on the importance of climactically conservation
